To address the bridge issues of the fly ash silo at the power generation plant, we have introduced the standard type of Brody disk. While it is common to install 8 units based on the size of the silo, due to the troublesome nature of the material in terms of fluidity, we ended up installing 16 units. 【Overview】 ■ Silo diameter: 2000φ ■ Installation - The first level is set 250mm above the outlet, with a total of 3 levels installed further above. - Level 1: 4 units, Level 2: 4 units, Level 3: 8 units, totaling 16 units. 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign material contamination.
